Where to stay in Dubai? It’s the basic question that comes to your mind once you decide to go there. What is the good option for someone doesn’t need to be a good one for someone else. I would like to introduce you the hotel where we spend 3 nights – Hotel Park Inn by Radison Dubai Motor City – simply because it’s relatively new, provides very good service and with such a friendly staff. It is also baby and kids friendly but on the other hand good for singles, business trip, couples, retirees, simply everybody.
Location
Hotel is close to the airport (20 minutes), in Motor City suburb right next to the Autodrome Racetrack. However we didn’t experience any noise compare to other hotels we already stayed in. It was actually very quiet and peaceful. Good for us with little one 🙂
You can also get to the beach in 20 – 30 minutes by car.
Close to the hotel there is Dubai Miracle Garden that is worth your visit too but it was closed during our stay.
We moved around Dubai by taxi because it was more comfortable and much quicker than by bus as we were three adults and a 18 months old girl. But there is a bus stop close to the hotel.
Rooms
The room we stayed in was very spacious, airy and clean. The beds were comfortable and big enough that we could sleep with little Emma between us and I dare say that even two kids could fit there and you’d have a nice sleep too.
What we did appreciate it was the baby cot even that Emma didn’t sleep in it and a walk-in wardrobe where we could put all our stuff we had.
The bathroom was big, nice and clean. The one thing I would reproach was the shower. Once you took a shower the water was leaking everywhere which was dangerous because it was slippery a lot.
Boarding
You can choose whether you want a breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had just breakfast but it was simply delicious. Various range of yummy food and above that so caring staff that will cook you almost whatever you want if it’s not in the buffet table. And what I really loved was their stylish floor!!!
Because Emma was really tired, she slept almost until noon (I left her as nothing is worse than sleepy Emma), she couldn’t join us in breakfast. Thanks to the staff we could take her breakfast in the box and to the room. We did really appreciate that!
Baby high chairs are available too.
Hotels facilities
You can use a rooftop pool with a view (if there is no sand in the air).
There’s no need to put on your weight if you go to the hotel gym.
Let yourself spoilt and book your massage time.
They’re trying to be more eco-friendly that is highly appreciated especially in Dubai.
Under the hotel there is a little shopping centre including (attention!) kids amusement park and that is a big advantage for families right?

- thanks to that we were there off season we could arrange the late check out as our next flight was in the night
